I Am Having Problems Sleeping. Almost Every Hour I Wake

I am having problems sleeping. Almost every hour I wake up and have to go to the bathroom really bad! But when I use it, there is little to none urine. I have just recently started having these problems right after the stomach virus. What is happening!!
