I Am Having Problems With Frequent Urination And High Blood

I am having problems with frequent urination and high blood sugar problems. My doctor recently prescribed me Metformin and since I have been taking the medicine it has been difficult to urinate(no pressure) plus I am having problems during sex. I have a hard time ejaculating. Could the medication be causing this?
