I Am Having Problems With My Memorty, Lost My Hat

I am having problems with my memorty, lost my hat and jacket the other day and cannot locate them after backtracking all my previous moves. I am constantly grunting or making a squeking noise in my mouth that other people call to my attention. I cannot keep my books up to date (I am a property manager)
