I Am Having Problems With My Throat, No Fever, No

I am having problems with my throat, no fever, no fatigue, no pain swallowing, just a heavy urge in the back to swallow or keep salivated. Some mild headache in back of neck nothing serious. Just feels weird and uncomfortable breathing. Been for 3 days n feels better when i wake up.
