I Am Having Problems With Swallowing Choking Pain In Stomach.

I am having problems with swallowing choking pain in stomach. I have been told from one dr. Just by looking at my cat scan that I have scerosis of the liver but he never physically examined me or no labs. I have constant pain under my right breast. I have constipation due to my pain meds. I am a five year breast cancer survivor.
