I Am Having Pulsating Pain Across The Upper Part Of

I am having pulsating pain across the upper part of my back. can not take deep breaths. does'nt matter if I'm standing or sitting. Ihave COPD. and use Spriva and Advair plus have rescue inhaler. Was being treated for infection w/antibiotics and prednisone. Pain started suddenly after waking up in a.m. pain seems to be in area of lungs.
