I Am Having Pulsating Pain In My Head Since 3-4

I am having pulsating pain in my head since 3-4 days. I have migraine also but this pain is not like migraine. It feel as if veins are stretching inside my head which is blocking my nose as well as my face feels stuffed and feeling of nausea.
Please help
