I Am Having Rather Severe Bloody Noses If Not Every

I am having rather severe bloody noses if not every day, every other. They can happen when I bend over, touch my nose or just be sitting there. Do you have any idea what's going on??? I do smoke. I have allergies. I'm 38 yrs old (female) I've had an upper gi lately due to chest pain but dr's. Found no acid reflux.
