I Am Having Really Sharp Pain In My Lower Abdomen

I am having really sharp pain in my lower abdomen to my butt hole I've been having a lot of diarrhea for the last 3year's and periodically the pain would come and then I'd bee ok but now it's been 3 or 4 days of the sharp pain is getting worse and more frequent to almost constant. What is wrong it's getting worse and I can't even sit comfortable right now and I can't pick up anything or cough hard without increasing the pain
