I Am Having Right Shoulder Pain In My Back. This

I am having right shoulder pain in my back. This has been going on for 2 days . I just came off of H -plori med. (trtrocycline and Flagyl ) this evening. It hurts most of the time especially if I move wrong. It always is aching tho. I put low heat on my shoulder blade but didn't help much,
