I Am Having Running Nose & Breathing Difficulty & Persistent

I am having running nose & breathing difficulty & persistent dry cough only from 5 pm to 9 am from the past 2 months. I am on NEBICARD 5mg for hypertension for the past 6 years. Is my problem due to side effect of medicine. If so please suggest alternate medicine/course of action to overcome my problem.
I am 56 yr old.
