I Am Having Runs Of Palpitations Lasting 5-20 Min, Heart

I am having runs of palpitations lasting 5-20 min, heart rate about 108, and rhythm seems regular with occasional skipped beats. I've had palpitations for 4 years but work up 4 yr ago including a holster showed nothing. The palpitations trigger a dry cough.
