I Am Having Sever Headaches With Dizziness. I Am On

I am having sever headaches with dizziness. I am on lots of medications. The last one was Butrans Patch. I read the side effects prior to starting the medication and questioned the doctor but he seemed to think I would do okay. I also have been recently diagnosis with severe degenerative disease from C3/4 through C6/7. Surgical intervention would likely require a 30 degree approach. It is a major surgery and I am high risk. I am also on 2 blood thinners. Any advise.
