I Am Having Severe Cramping, And Lower Abdominal Pain. At

I am having severe cramping, and lower abdominal pain. At first I thought it was just my period. I didn't get my period the past two months though. I have the skyla iud as a form of birth control planted to try and reduce my cysts that grow on my ovaries and the symptoms of having the iud for a year said my periods may stop so I had thought that could be the reason of my menstrual cycle to not arrive. But the past two weeks I was very bloated and had severe lower back pain and a random occurrence of cramping from time to time in my lower abdomen. Two days ago I had severe cramping and bleeding so I thought it was just my period. But I have come to notice that the blood looks like mucus. It's a light red mixed into the mucus and that's not normal for my regular menstrual cycle. I am afraid there's something wrong. I hope to hear an answer soon.
