I Am Having Severe Dizzy Spells The Start Out With

I am having severe dizzy spells the start out with a horrible feeling of dread and doom then from the base of my neck it slowly moves up to front of my head and I can no longer see clearly nor walk or move correctly and then I am sick to my stomach and I have these episodes I n my sleep it has happened 7 times in two weeks and my ears hurt and I have been having headaches periodically
