I Am Having Severe Dry Cough Along With Cold From

I am having severe dry cough along with cold from last 6 days, and feel very difficult to sleep for even half an hour. I am in my 9th month of pregnancy. Whenever I cough, my baby also wakes up as I can clearly feel the baby movement. This cough is giving me too much of restlessness. Taking cough syrup and nasal drops too. And even home remedies of ginger, honey, gargles but nothing's helping.
