I Am Having Severe Muscle And Hip Joint Pain From

I am having severe muscle and hip joint pain from taking fosamax for the first time yesterday. It is back pain and then travels to breast bone making it painfully to breath. It hurts to move. Is there anything I can take to reverse or help with this reaction. I am an RN and thought about benadryl but I'm not itching or swelling yet anyway.
