I Am Having Severe None Stop Head Aches. I Have

I am having severe none stop head aches. I have had sinus surgery in January. My Dr. Says the infection is gone. I had a fungus.
The pain is over my right eye. Extremely painful when I cough or sneeze. I have pressure and my hearing is awful. Dr. Said no fluid behind my ears.
