I Am Having Severe Pain I'm Left Hip Which Radiates

I am having severe pain I'm left hip which radiates down my leg and around my lower back . Difficulty walking , lifting leg, and stairs.
.Also discovered swollen wrist and a few finger joints.
Hip and Kumbar
X-ray shows normal . Awaiting blood tests .
Am on Coumadin for past 2 years ...could this be a side affect ?
