I Am Having Severe Pain In My Right Ear Which

I am having severe pain in my right ear which goes to my right eye and down to my jaw. The pain started today. It affects my ability to talk and chew. I have recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I started MTX and have taken 3 doses so far. Any initial thoughts?
