I Am Having Severe Pain In The Right Hypochondric Region

I am having severe pain in the right hypochondric region radiating towards right floating rib. On USG it showed two stones; one 3.5 mm at uretrovesical junction and second in rt kidney 2.0 mm.

Now i am taking noculi syrup. Kindly advise the best treatment to get rid off this pain.
