I Am Having Severe Pains In What Seems Like My

I am having severe pains in what seems like my gums. I had a root canal done a couple months ago thinking that was the problem and now the pain is back. I can't touch 2 of my teeth without my whole left side of my face hurting. My gums and roof of my mouth behind the teeth are throbbing. I don't have insurance so what can I do to ease the pain for now? I tried pain meds and rinsing with salt water and I've tried peroxide and someone suggested zinc and Advil crushed in water. Nothing is working. It's the worst pain ever! Please help!
