I Am Having Severe Post Nasal Drip, Wiuth A Horrible

I am having severe post nasal drip, wiuth a horrible taste in my throat with associated cough (severe), fatigue and some upset stomach. Occasional wheezing and producing phlegm....usually white or light yellow in color. What is wrong with me? Should I go to a Quick care in my area?
