I Am Having Severe Throbbing Aching Pain In My My

I am having severe throbbing aching pain in my my fingers toea and arms up to elbows. My toes are so painful I can barely walk. My fingers have swollen joints and its very hard to close my hands. I have osteoarthritis but this is different. Could it be gout? I am a diabetic
