I Am Having Sharp Shooting Pain In The Lower Right

I am having sharp shooting pain in the lower right side of my back. If I eat or drink anything I feel a pressure sensation. I have had diahrrea for the last week or so. I have had kidney stones in the past but i can't tell if this is the same sensations. I am also Diabetic type 1. I am not sure if this is something that I need to see a health professional for or not.
