I Am Having Significant Upper Stomach Pain, Feels Like Stomach

I am having significant upper stomach pain, feels like stomach is having spasams. Have had history or upper hiedal hernia in the past. Have been managing it over the years with trying to eat right. Currently I am taking priolsec, as I have had heart burn over the last couple of days. Very painful, coming in waves almost feel like I need to vomit, then goes away.
