I Am Having Skin Issues. I Had A Rash A

I am having skin issues. I had a rash a couple of weeks ago that consisted of several small bumps covering my entire body, aside from my face and legs. It was in my scalp, arms, between my fingers, all down my back and front. I was told it was a virus and given both oral and a topical steroid. Had to go back after a week, as I started peeling everywhere, and they gave me a steroid shot. Now it looks almost like athletes foot, but on my hands. I am still peeling in some areas as well. This is uncomfortable to say the least, and has been going on for 3 weeks now. Please help!
