I Am Having Smelly Discharge From A Lump I Thought

I am having smelly discharge from a lump I thought was scar tissue. I squeezed the lump and a thick white cord of discharge came out of the lump. The smell was awful. I thought I got all of the white goo out but today I bumped the spot and nearly gasped because of it's tenderness. Also, today after bumping it I noticed the lump seems to be returning and a small amount of a clear smelly discharge is coming out of the place.
I had a cyst burst open years ago there. (upper calf) and I became very sick. Now I am worried the place is again becoming dangerous.
