I Am Having So Much Pain And Have Had It

I am having so much pain and have had it this severe for the last 3ish years. I am 48, I have type 1diabetes since the age of 10. I worked my way through college and became a probation officer for almost 18 years. Now, I am unable to work due to the pain from neuropathy and fibromyalgia and I need relief. Please
