I Am Having Some Female Issues. Discharge That Is Clear.

I am having some female issues. Discharge that is clear. I really don't see anything but I can feel it. I am also having some tearing at times when I have a bowel movement which burns for a day or two. I don't know if this is related but it has been happening for a month or two.
