I Am Having Some Pain In My Inner And External

I am having some pain in my inner and external vaginal area, a burning sensation, tenderness, redness, and a lot of discomfort. It does not hurt when I pee and there is no discharge or foul smell. My mom thought it was a yeast infection because I have gotten one before but after taking Monistat 1 none of my symptoms were relived rather intensified! I am sexually active and think I might have a STD, please let me know what you think.
