I Am Having Some Sinus Pressure And Am Experiencing Double

I am having some sinus pressure and am experiencing double blurry vision on and off. Have tried antibiotics, ibuprofen, lots of fluid, a decongestant, use of a Nettie Pot and yet nothing changes. If I cover one eye, doesn't matter which one, I see better. Just moving my eyes seems to trigger the double blurry vision. For a background, I just had 2 surgeries in the month of December and was diagnosed with uterine cancer. Please, any help will be most appreciated. Getting desperate. :(
