I Am Having Some Trouble Recently With My Vision. I

I am having some trouble recently with my vision. I am getting dark spots in my eyes that block part of my vision. Sometimes my eye sight is very blurry. One day I had almost no vision out of my left eye. Do you know what could be causing this? Thanks for any help you can provide.
