I Am Having Stomach Infection After Continuously Having Food From

I am having stomach infection after continuously having food from outside. I also have a history of unstoppable bowel movement within one hour of having my lunch and any food. Is Velgut Capsule right for me. What should be the dosage. I am 42 year old male with habit of alcohol and I presently take Seloram 25/2.5 regularly to control my high blood pressure. Please advice for my stomach problem.
