I Am Having Stomach Pain And Discomfort And Have Been

I am having stomach pain and discomfort and have been for almost 9 hours. The pain and discomfort came sudden. I took 2 Tylenol and it didn't help. A few hours later I noticed I had some spotting so I figure it was just menstrual cramps and took some Midol, that didn't help either. With the pain and discomfort not easing up I though maybe its just an upset stomach so I took some tums, I took 3 wish is the recommended does and I still have no ease of the pain or discomfort.
