I Am Having Stomach Pains And Sometimes Their Sharp And

I am having stomach pains and sometimes their sharp and I vomited a couple of times. My lower back hurts and my shoulders feel sore. I have been getting off and on headaches. All these problems occurred yesterday and continued today, except the vomiting. That just started today.
