I Am Having Strange Symptoms Of Twitchy Muscles, Jerky Movements

I am having strange symptoms of twitchy muscles, jerky movements that may be anywhere in my body, they are involuntary, random like a misfiring of nerves. They seem to be getting worse.I cannot sleep well am emotional and have had depression as well.I had a grandfather who had motor neurone disease. What should i do?
