I Am Having Strong Pain On My Left Side/abdomen. It

I am having strong pain on my left side/abdomen. It is tender to the touch and I also feel achy, a little chilled
like I'm fighting something off. But it is the pain that concerns me the most. Advil takes the edge off the pain and the chills and achy feeling.
