I Am Having Sudden Acute Head Pain On The Right

I am having sudden acute head pain on the right side of my head last a few minutes and quits and happening frequently over the last 12 hours, I also have joint pain all over, sinus pressure,productive cough with green flem, and just recently had a tb test which is questionable if it is positive or not.
