I Am Having Sudden, Non-constant Sharp Pain Above My Right

I am having sudden, non-constant sharp pain above my right breast closer to my shoulder blade. What could this be. I know this is not a symptom for women for a heart attack. I am also having some pain in my upper abdomen, also non-constant. Are they related and if so what would you recommend?
