I Am Having Sweats And Chills Sweats Are So Bad

I am having sweats and chills sweats are so bad I have to change my clothing, I had a heart valve installed in 2015, and recently had a Tee done. I am at a loss I am a Veteran and I don't know if you know haw they are but I get the run around and I am at the end of my rope with this.
