I Am Having Swelling And Widespread Pain In My Lymph

I am having swelling and widespread pain in my lymph nodes. I recently 5 weeks ago had an Upper Gi Bc i had blood in my stool. I have Diverticulosis, LA grade Esophagitis and gastritis, I had 2 polyps removed from my stomach in July 2014 and one from my stomach and one in my colon in Dec 2014. My Gi Biopsied all of them None are Cancerous, My recent Upper Gi in Early August Showed no cancer either. Is It Possible I have Lymphoma? My Dad Had It And He also Had the Diverticulosis and Gi Probloms. My Dr Will not do a simple blood test to check my T and B cells.
