I am having tenderness in my right kidney

I had cancer removed from the right side of my right kidney by cryosurgery in Nov, 2015
then some infection above and below treated with antibiotics

Was good for a while but is bothering me now - sore when I get up - when I lie on it etc.

Sorry I cant pay for this right now
