I Am Having Terrible Leg Pain, Pain In Joints In

I am having terrible leg pain, pain in joints in feet and hands. RA has been checked it is good. uric acid levels good. It is all day long. I have tried toradol. Advil. Tylenol arthritis. Magnesium. Potassium. I do have a va shunt for hydrocephaly that is not working right now. Didn't know if extra spinal fluid could be causing pressure on nerves in spine?
