I Am Having Terrible Pain In My Leg And At

I am having terrible pain in my leg and at times it will just go out on me without warning. The pain is on the front of my leg. I also have noticed prior to this pain that when I have to urinate I have to go right then or I will wet myself I'm not sure if the two are related.
