I Am Having Throbbing Pains Infront And In Back Of

I am having throbbing pains infront and in back of my pelvic area even in my inner thighs. The same pains I have on my period. I thought I had a kidney infection but clinic said my urine looked fine. It started 4 days ago then stopped on 2nd day. It has started again today. It feels like bad period cramps but my period ended 2 days ago. My period also came a week and a half early.
