I Am Having Tingling Burning Sensation In My Hand Fingers

I am having tingling burning sensation in my hand fingers always. I had tab-PREGATOR since last 20 days. There is no relief at all. I feel heaviness in my fingers and surrounding area.
10 years before i faced same problem and Dr. prescribed me TRIPTOMER 25 mg, I got complete cure.
Can I have the same medicine ?
Please provide me the best treatment.
