I Am Having Tingling In My Arms And Slight Numbness

I am having tingling in my arms and slight numbness on my index finger on my right hand. I went to the ER last night and my cat scan and ekg was good, my pressure was good as well as my sugar. I have been having headaches and a strain on my neck. I am concerned about the pins and needles. I do not know if it is all in my head as I am feeling it in my legs also.
