I Am Having Toothache With Pain Also In My Upper

I am having toothache with pain also in my upper jaw my ear as well as above my eye I am a chronic pain patient so I have pain med so I have taken that however I am currently seeing a dentist and he has given antibiotic so I am taking it but nothing is stopping it I don't want the abscess to go to brain and also know ongoing pain at 9/10 is not good for me
