I Am Having Trouble Breathing And My Nose Is Stuffy

I am having trouble breathing and my nose is stuffy and runny at the same time. That is not what I am worried about though, my cough is dry and nothing is moving. it is only getting harder to breathe and I have severe asthma. Is there anything I can do to help my breathing? I do own a nebulizer and I have used it but it has not helped.
